What incentives, resources, programs, accreditation requirements etc. would you recommend to ensure workforce and curriculum development, outpatient training, and CME?

Health Care Reform should strive to ensure that all Americans – no matter whether they are in urban or rural settings – have access to quality health care. Provide financial incentives to providers and health plans that develop innovative and affordable models of care for underserved communities. Moreover, there should be representation from rural communities in health care provider education programs.

Yes, I agree that the health reform section on medical education needs to address representation and innovation for the Hispanic population to be better cared for by the future workforce. Did you know Kennedy's Committee has announced health disparites will have a major focus in workforce policy.
